This employee must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills.
Our professional will be able to multitask effortlessly, prioritize efficiently, handle patient requests, manage the database, place outbound calls to patients, handle all administrative tasks, and do so with a smile.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule Contact patients to confirm/reschedule appointments.
Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent patient care.
Participate in community outreach - health fairs, etc.
Position
Qualifications:
Minimum of High school diploma and Associate's degree is preferred.
2 years front office/back office experience, in a retail medical setting (dermatology/optical/plastic surgery/cosmetic dentistry setting).
Experience as a medical assistant or technician is a PLUS Must have strong computer skills, ability to trouble-shoot as needed.
Must be able to work well independently and be detail-oriented.
Self-driven, goal-oriented and the ability to think on your feet.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday:
8:
30-5PM.
