80%- Weighs material, mixes ingredients, prepares tools and equipment, cleans and assembles parts. Handles materials, assembles parts, bonds parts and packages materials. Cleans tools, equipment, and work area. Observes skilled Operator for learning purposes. Assists in the assembly of igniters and initiators. Maintains logs related to igniters and initiators manufacture.
20%-Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedure for the assembly of Igniters and squib assembly.
High school graduate or equivalent. Previous mechanical experience is desired. Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate-Silver level required for this position. Regular and predictable attendance is expected.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the apppropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
Will be exposed to chemicals/propellant. Workplace may involve a variety of conditions including but not limited to: outdoor environments, elevated structures and excavations, areas where chemical materials may be encountered, shop environments and construction sites. Must customarily have a high consciousness for personnel and equipment safety. May be required to utilize a variety of personal protective equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
