Job Description
Quality Engineering functions including interface with Quality inspection, various functions and the customer on production operations in a CNC Machining enviornment. Lead other Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors in daily routines.
Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have advanced Mechanical and GD&T; skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems and CNC Machining experience.
Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods to turn materials into products.
Ability to proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements.
Able to proactively use tools for documentation and corrective action of non-conformances.
Exhibit business professionalism and values. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced interpersonal skills.
Must obtain DOD Secret Clearance.
Desired skills
Demonstrated Leadership, Customer Relationship Management skills. Effective time management and good organizational skills. SAP knowledge. Mechanical Engineering Degree.
