Hourly Shift Manager
Shift Manager job responsibilities include:
oRun the entire store while on the shift
oManage ten to fifteen employees
oMotivate and train employees on shift
oMake sure that all employees are following the food safety procedures implemented by the company
oDo proper checklists
oDo inventory of all the supplies
oEvaluate cash drawers
oMake bank deposits
oEnsure Customer SatisfactionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
